Angels of Dystopia

This is the story of women that survive the end… It is a dystopian world. Planet is plunged into darkness. Sun evades the sky, only sparse stars overhead. The government has undertaken a project to appease an unnamed deity in an attempt to rekindle the planet. Mendicants are recruited to produce erotic energy and funnel it to the heavens. Aastha, a volunteer, is escaping from this facility in the hope of a pill that would free the women from men forever. Outside the facility, men and women are living in ghettos, guarding themselves and brutally killing each other… Two cats are frolicking in the muddy banks of a river. They follow Aastha and Mrunalimi, the escapees from the government facility. The cats act as if clinging to a nameless melody of their pasts. They mewl and purr, but in their minds they are still the humans -brother and sister- who followed one another into this alien world of metamorphosis. This is the story of angels in a dystopian world…
